Confidentiality

All pricing, discounts, and wholesale terms are confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from PLAYMEDAL.

Sales Channels

Products may be sold on approved third-party eCommerce platforms, provided all listings strictly comply with PLAYMEDAL pricing policies and use only approved images and product content. Sales on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace require prior written approval. Sales on personal or company-owned websites are permitted with prior notice to PLAYMEDAL.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Resellers must adhere to PLAYMEDAL’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy at all times. MAP applies to all publicly advertised prices, including websites, marketplaces, social media, email marketing, and any other promotional materials.

• Products may not be advertised below the established MAP price under any circumstances unless expressly authorized in writing by PLAYMEDAL.
• The use of coupons, discount codes, rebates, bundling, or other promotional tactics that effectively reduce the advertised price below MAP is strictly prohibited.
• “Add to cart for lower price,” strike-through pricing, or similar tactics intended to circumvent MAP are not permitted.
• MAP applies only to advertised pricing; final sale price may comply with the Resale Discount Guidelines below, provided the discount is not publicly advertised.

Violations of the MAP policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.

Pricing & Inventory

PLAYMEDAL reserves the right to modify pricing, MAP levels, product availability, and product offerings at any time without prior notice.

Resale Discount Guidelines

Authorized resellers may discount products under the following conditions:

• Up to 10% below retail price immediately upon purchase
• Up to 20% below retail price after 90 days of unsold inventory
• Up to 25% below retail price after 6 months of unsold inventory

Proof of Purchase

Resellers must provide each customer with proof of purchase, including seller name, customer name, date of sale, and product model. Warranty claims submitted without valid documentation will be denied.

Termination

Any violation of these terms, including MAP violations, may result in immediate termination of wholesale privileges. PLAYMEDAL reserves the right to revoke wholesale status at any time, with or without cause.
